We’re working to become the benchmark healthcare agency Please contact us for more discounted rates Rates may vary according to the staff availability and distance etc. You will be paid the rate of pay that you agreed in the contract All charges must be paid to Jobs Plus directly. The agency shall be responsible for paying the staff and making appropriate deduction for tax, national insurance as required by law. Any pre-booked shifts can be cancelled with a notice period of 24 hours and carers with a notice period of 12 hours. Any cancellations in less than the above mentioned notice period would be invoiced at 50% of the actual rates which the client is liable to pay, unless agreed otherwise.

In respect of the services, Jobs Plus shall ensure that the staffs have relevant qualification, authorization, training, experience, competency, DBS check and ability for the assignment for which he/ she is supplied. Jobs Plus holds the complete responsibility for monitoring and supervising the standard of performance of staff, and all the staffs are always accountable to Jobs Plus. Jobs Plus may use candidates from other panel provides to cover the requirements of the service users, for which the panel providers would be responsible for the staff documentation. The agency keeps and maintains all the documents in its office and we will provide you with any documents upon your requests. It is the responsibility of the service user to ensure the identity of the staff while they report for their duty.
